R2S SINGLE COLUMNS
Being RESQTEC’s number one solution for lifting, the R2S Single Columns are available in a range from R2s-3 to R2s-12. It can lift up to 6 meters. Also, it is capable of lifting up to 22.5 tons with LP Bags and up to 30 tons with a jackpoint adapter.
The Air Transportable Compressor inflates the lifting bags very quickly at 3000 liters per minute at 10 bar. It also has a 8 x 50 liter buffer station for the quick inflation of the lifting bags.
Imagine R2S, but for the biggest and most powerful aircraft. That’s what the R2S Maxx is.
The R2S Maxx is suitable for the A380, A350 and other wide body aircraft. Furthermore, its lifting capacity is 165 tons. The total height of 12 layers can reach a length of 6.45 meters. The modular concept is making a column from 3 to 12 layers.
LP LIFTING BAGS
Combined with the R2S system, the low pressure lifting bags support the aft and/or fuselage during lifting or stabilization. It is made of vulcanized synthetic rubber drop-stitched material. It can even lift up to 15 tons. Furthermore, all elements are connectable with Velcro patches. If required, damaged elements can be changed individually. Each single low pressure bag is also equipped with a relieve valve (0.5 bar / 7 PSI). Moreover, we offer the Portable Air Compressor to inflate the LP lifting bags.
The multisling kit is developed to lift the fuselage with a crane. It lifts both narrow and wide body aircraft. Moreover, its standard goes up to the B747. The kit is easily upgradeable to the A380. Furthermove, it is transportable by aircraft pallet. It is equipped with a digital load meter, lifting loads can be monitored on a remote handheld display and on a pc/laptop.
Tethering is meant to stabilize the aircraft when lifting. RESQTEC offers round slings of 30 meters, including WLL of 8 ton and a manual wire rope hoist, a ground anchor and shackles (WLL 17 ton).
Debogging is the remote monitoring (2.4 GHz) of the pulling loads applied to the landing gears, which causes the aircraft to move off the tarmac. The working range of the debogging kit is 80 meters and the round slings have various capacities for both narrow body and wide body aircraft and A380.
